Initial consultation and up to 3 samples, prior to order confirmation, are free of charge.
Charges for each individual item are quoted at the sample stage. Very rarely these may have to be changed dependant on supply availability from suppliers.
The cost of each invitation includes printed inserts and envelopes.
Proofs of wording to be checked and signed by client for accuracy of spelling, names, dates and venues before work on the order can commence. You Are Invited does not accept responsibility for errors not noted on proofs. If error is noted after order has been produced the full balance is payable and non-returnable. Any replacements will be charged at the full value.
A deposit of 50% is payable on confirmation of the order and is required prior to commencement. This deposit is non-returnable.
Any cancellation of the order after this time - due to the personal choices involved in creating a handcrafted design - results in payment of the full balance.
You Are Invited will agree a time scale for completion of each stage of the order with the client and agrees to abide by these dates.
Due to the nature of 'handcrafted and handmade' stationery - slight variations may occur in individual items. This adds to the uniqueness of the product.
You Are Invited reserves the right to substitute a suitable replacement if any component of the order becomes unavailable due to availability from suppliers. Any major changes will be agreed with the client.
Full payment of remaining balance must be made = before despatch of - or on collection of - final stage of order.
